About noon, we were called to the meeting. Turned out we didn't have a quorum as secretary Roberta Springwater was the only officer in attendance.  She brought us up to date on what took place at the meeting in Sept. and answered a few questions.

     Forman Ross, the picnic committee chairman, had a few words about the change in the picnic date for this year. After some discussion, it was decided that the annual alumni picnic would be held each year, the weekend after the Texas-OU football game.

What's that I hear . . .  "Who knows when the Texas-OU game is held except a few die-hard fans?" Don't blame me, I voted for the 3rd Saturday in Oct. just like it's been for the last 3 years.
