Leo  Belle  Thomas

     ADA, Ok -- Funeral services for Leo Belle "Perch" Thomas , (Seq.Student 1950s) , of Stonewall, Ok will be 2:00 pm Friday, March 15, 2013 at the Chickasaw Nation Community Center in Ada, OK. Officiating will be Rev. Osborne Roberts. Interment will follow at Thomas Family Cemetery southest of Stonewall, OK.

Ms. Thomas passed away Monday, March 11, 2013 at a local hospital in Ada, OK at the age of 75. She was born December 21, 1937 in Marietta, OK to Milburn Buck Thomas and Bellzora Allen Thomas.

Ms. Thomas graduated from Sequoyah High School  in Tahlequah, OK. She was a lifelong resident of the Stonewall area, a homemaker, and was associated with the Yellow Springs Methodist Church. She enjoyed playing dominoes, solitaire, cards, and sporting events.

Ms. Thomas is survived by four sons, Tony Lewis and wife Nancy of Tuttle, OK, Robert Lewis of Ada, OK, Phillip Lewis of Stonewall, OK, and Mitchell Lewis of Shawnee, OK; two daughters, Melissa Kilcrease and husband Lloyd of Ada, OK and Rolanda Casey of Stonewall, OK; one brother, John Thomas   (Seq.Jr. 1959) and wife Judy of Stonewall, OK; two sisters, Willa Dean Thomas   (Seq.Jr. 1959) of Stonewall, OK and Betty Barnoski and husband Barney of Stonewall, OK; longtime companion, Hugh "Doc" Folsom; 18 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two daughters, Frankie Lynn Lewis and Cynthia Ann McCosar; her parents, Milburn and Bellzora Thomas; one grandson, James Lewis; and one granddaughter, Fawn Renee Edmonds.

Bearers: Max Barnoski, Bobby Pickens, Carl Tyson, Damien Deatherage, Quinton Thomas, and Buddy Wesley. Honorary Bearers: Barney Barnoski, John Thomas, and Lloyd Kilcrease.
