 Joe graduated from Sequoyah Vocational School, Tahlequah with the Class of 1960 and entered the United States Army in the summer of 1960 at Ft. Leonard Wood Mo. He loved arts and crafts and dream catchers. Joe was a drummer in several bands when he was younger. Survivors include: his sons, Dion Francis (Seq.Class of 2008) and James Francis; brothers: Jerry and Mike Francis (Michael 10th-1968 ??), sisters: Edna Natesway and Hannah Francis; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Virginia; brother, Reno Francis; sisters: Eloise Francis, and Marion Francis Peyketewa. |
