     DALLAS, TX -- Frankie Louise Duck Billy , age 62, died on Sunday September 20, 2009 in Grand Prairie, Texas.

    Services were held Wednesday September 23rd in the Dallas Indian United Methodist Church, Dallas, Texas. Officiated by Pastor Billie Nowabbi.

    Born July 15, 1947 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma; she was the daughter of Frank Duck and Luvice Swimmer Duck. She gave her life to Christ at an early age.

    She graduated from  Sequoyah Vocational School  with the Class of 1966 and moved to Dallas, Texas, where she married  Wilbert Billy (Seq. Cls '65)  in 1970.

    She was employed  by James K. Wilson, The Color Place, The Dallas Times Herald, and numerous other places in the accounting departments.

    She enjoyed softball, bowling, cooking, and spending time with her family. She was an avid fan of the OU Sooners, Dallas Cowboys, and the Dallas Mavericks.

    She attended the Dallas Indian United Methodist  Church and was a faithful supporter of the Indian community.

    She was preceded in death by her husband Wilbert, her brothers:  Frank McLemore  (Seq. Cls '62) and Frank Duck, and her parents, Frank and Luvice Duck.

    She is survived by her four children: Paul Duck, Anita Warren, Tonya Gonzales, and Julius Billy; her brother  Lloyd Duck  (Seq. fresh '71) and four sisters: Irene Gonzales,  Linda Duck Young  (Seq. Fresh '66)Nancy (Narcy ?) Duck Kawon-Ayerro  (Seq.Cls '70), and  Frances Duck Thomas  (Seq. Cls '72); a host of nieces and nephews, and eight grandchildren.
