Sally Amerson -
                Seq.Class of 1961     TULSA, Ok --  Sally Camedia (Kay) Amerson was born in Weber’s Falls, OK on May 3,1943, to Rachael Williams and Dewey Amerson.

    She was a proud member of the Tulsa Police Department for 14 years. She had many various other employment endeavors from a family restaurant (Kay’s Lunchbox) to A+ trucking from which she retired.

    Sally attended Seneca Indian School in Wyndotte and Sequoyah Vocational School in Tahlequah graduating with the Class of 1961.

      She married Johnny Mack Brown (Seq.Jr.1960) in June of 1961. They raised two boys Patrick M. Brown and Johnny K. Brown. They lived in Tulsa. Kay became the head chairman of the PTA of Bryant Elementary. She was preceded in death by Johnny on November 7,1980, and married Virgil Bowline on December 21, 1981 where she became a stepmother to Darrell Bowline.

      Kay was known for having a car full of kids to run them to football, basketball, baseball, and wrestling. She loved watching her boys play any sport!!! She enjoyed OU football and would razz her grand daughters about their OSU gear! She could be found at the casino or traveling with her husband, Virgil.

        She was preceded in death by her parents Rachael Williams and Dewey Amerson, brother Ted Williams.

                She is survived by her husband Virgil Bowline; brothers Harvey, Berben “Red”, Frank, Ray Williams, sister Jaiwana Quintana, and son Patrick M. Brown of Tulsa; son Johnny K. Brown and wife, Susan of Seattle,WA ; son Darrell Bowline and wife Denise of Locus Grove OK ; daughter-in-law Missy Malone of Bixby; grand- daughter Brittany Herrera and husband Gabriel of Kiefer ; grand-daughter Lindsay Brown of Kiefer; granddaughter  Sallie Brown of Seattle, WA; grandson Joshua Kenison of Seattle, WA; grand-daughter Andrea Heck and husband Mark of Jenks; Jessica Bowline of Glenpool; Great- grand-daughters Gracie Herrera; Valorie McClure; Isabella Heck; Eliana Males; Great- Grandsons Gannon Herrera; Jaisen Kenison; Peyton Roberts, Jayden Roberts, Felix Heck.
